Join us at our 15th Annual Golf Tournament supporting our Legal Advocacy & Social Services department.
La Maestra Community Health Centers is proud to announce its 15th Annual Golf Tournament taking place on Friday, September 14, 2018 at Riverwalk Golf Club.
La Maestra's network of community health centers provide primary medical care and dental, vision, and mental health care services along with social services to low-income, uninsured individuals and families living in central, south and east San Diego County. This year, all funds raised at the golf tournament will support our Legal Advocacy & Social Services department, established in 2011 within our flagship health center. Legal advocates and case managers provide education, assistance and support to community members who are victims of crime or face violations of their basic rights, helping clients in identifying their rights and options as a survivor. Through integrating these services into its Circle of Care, La Maestra continues to empower San Diego residents and guide them along the path to improved health outcomes and overall self-sufficiency.
Tickets: All tickets include green fees, cart, box lunch, goody bag, social hour and dinner. Great prizes will also be raffled off.
Event Schedule:
11:00 am - Check-in/ Registration
12:00 pm - Putting contest and lunch
1:00 pm - Shot gun start
5:30 pm - Social/ No host bar
6:00 pm - Buffet dinner, awards and raffles
