Casino Night is an excellent opportunity for our healthcare partners, vendors and friends in the community to strengthen ties while supporting a worthwhile cause - the services that help keep our community healthy. La Maestra's network of community health and wellbeing centers provide primary medical care along with dental, vision, mental health, specialty care, legal advocacy services and other social services to low-income, uninsured individuals and families living in central, south and east San Diego County. Meeting the needs of people requires major funding combined with the hard work of dedicated staff, business partners and the community.
This year, all funds raised at "Black & White Casino Night" will benefit La Maestra's Economic Empowerment Programs which provide the following services; job training, financial literacy, microloans, mentoring, small business training, peer support network and wellbeing workshops.
